About the role:
The Senior Manager QA and Automated Testing is a senior management role responsible for the strategy and capabilities of Helfie.ai to perform Quality Assurance and Testing across projects.
Helfie.ai has Product and Engineering teams covering Apps, Data and Insights, Platforms and AI. These teams provide capabilities into Agile delivered programs and projects and essential to the success of this work is Quality Assurance and Testing.
Key responsibilities:
Working directly with the Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Head of Product, Head of Design, Research and Development Leadership and Innovation Leadership your key responsibilities will include:
Development and ongoing maintenance of a Helfie.ai Quality Assurance Strategy including definition and representation of the Helfie.ai Quality Assurance and Testing methodologies
Development of Testing Plans for projects and programs of work as required.
Establishment and ongoing responsibility for management of Testing Environments, Testing Data, and Test Scripts.
Continuous improvement of Testing approaches including Testing Automation
Establishment of Testing Metrics and Quality to appropriately provide management observability and actionability suitable at Project, Program, Operational, Functional, Management and Executive levels.
Preparation and regular publishing of metrics-based dashboards and reporting of Helfie Quality Assurance and Testing
Communication and stakeholder management with Management peers, Executive Leaders, Project and Program Sponsors and Governance functions across Helfie.ai
People and functional leadership and training of Quality Assurance and Testing team
Definition and representation, prioritisation and team workload management in delivery of Quality Assurance and Testing services to the Helfie.ai technology and business functions.
Skills & experience:
This role will operate in a fluid manner to suit the agile methods and horizontal management style of a face paced, dynamic, innovation centric team. You will have:
Proficiency in software testing methodologies, debugging techniques, and automation frameworks.
Experience leading QA teams, managing resources effectively and developing a high-performing, collaborative environment.
Deep understanding of the health tech product domain including relevant compliance, regulations and standards.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, using data informed decisions.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
