Experienced Construction Estimator Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for carpentry projects.
\- Preparing detailed cost estimates for residential and commercial construction projects.
- Liaising with builders, suppliers, and site teams to ensure quotes are realistic and achievable.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and methods to maintain accuracy in your estimates.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
\- Proven experience in construction estimating, particularly in the carpentry space.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
