About the Program

The graduate program offers a unique opportunity to learn from industry experts and gain real-world experience in underground mining. You will rotate through various roles, learning the ins and outs of team collaboration and developing the skills necessary for leadership positions.

In addition to on-site training, you will participate in an office-based role where you will hone your project engineering skills and optimize mine processes. With diverse career paths available upon completion, including operational management, corporate roles, technical engineering streams, and innovation and technology, opportunities abound with permanent full-time roles and competitive remuneration.

Key Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering (or equivalent)
  • A strong desire to expand practical underground knowledge
  • Previous site experience working underground or open pit (desirable)
  • Proficient use of MS Office suite
  • Ability to meet all site access requirements (including, but not limited to, Medical, DAS, NPC, and valid Driver's Licence)
