Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotes, customer requirements, and technical details for timely and accurate quotations.
  • Process and manage customer orders, including reviewing contractual requirements and reflecting changes in SAP.
  • Collaborate with external sales teams to win profitable business through effective customer relationships and sales order management.
  • Communicate services offered and standards to achieve with customers efficiently.
  • Use provided tools, processes, and systems to achieve defined KPIs.
  • Work with the Trade and Installer team to meet or exceed sales targets and volume plans.
  • Provide administrative and sales support to the team.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service and reduce waste.
  • Ensure the Prysmian brand is maintained through collaboration with all business areas.
  • Contribute positively to the team and celebrate successes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven inside sales experience.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven team member with harmonious working relationships.
  • Passion for learning and personal growth, with a focus on sales development.
  • Ability to cope with disruption and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Drive to succeed with a future plan in leadership.
