Job Title: Human Capital Strategy Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join our team as a Human Capital Strategy Professional. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, drive business results, and contribute to the development of a world-class HR function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver employee engagement programs, diversity initiatives, and other key HR projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, employees, and external vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR, sharing insights and recommendations with senior leaders.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Strategic HR, Change Management, and HR Analytics.
  • Expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving business results through effective HR initiatives.
