About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a highly regarded national mid-tier firm with offices in major cities around Australia. You will report to a senior partner with over 4 decades of experience and will provide advice on corporate law, corporate governance, commercial contracts, fundraising, and M&A.
You will act for companies in a variety of industries, including real estate, media, defence, logistics, and manufacturing. The role offers a clear path to partnership and the opportunity to inherit the senior partner's existing practice.
About You
We are looking for someone with good technical skills, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for business development. You will have a well-established network of contacts in the Melbourne market and be well-connected in the industry.

Requirements
- 7+ years of post-admission experience gained at a mid-tier or boutique law firm.
