Credit Risk Data Stream Lead

About the RoleWe're seeking a talented Credit Risk Data Stream Lead to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in developing high-quality data for use in credit risk models.
As a Credit Risk Data Stream Lead, you'll be responsible for managing a team of credit risk analysts, data analysts, and data engineers to create predictive, model-ready data. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop fit-for-purpose risk models and engage with senior stakeholders to align models with strategic objectives.
What We're Looking ForWe're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in finance, economics, statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification is preferred. You'll need to have proven experience in retail risk modeling, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in statistical software such as SAS, R, or Python.
As a leader, you'll need to have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to manage and motivate a team. In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards is also essential.
