Senior Test Analyst/Lead

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Test Professional to spearhead comprehensive testing across various platforms, including mobile apps, Internet Banking, and core financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive end-to-end testing for mobile, web/Internet Banking, and financial systems, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
  • Design and execute rigorous regression, UAT, system integration, and automation tests to guarantee high-quality outcomes.
  • Mentor junior test analysts, fostering best practices in testing processes and promoting growth within the team.
  • Effectively manage defects using JIRA Tricentis and facilitate collaborative delivery.
  • Support automation efforts with UFT One/QTP and SQL-based data validation, contributing to efficient testing workflows.

About You:

  • You possess extensive experience as a Senior Test Analyst or Test Lead within the financial services sector.
  • Strong expertise in mobile (iOS/Android) and web/Internet Banking testing is essential for this role.
  • Proven skills in regression, UAT, SQL, and data migration testing are critical for success.
  • A confident mentor with excellent stakeholder communication skills will thrive in this position.
  • Test management experience with JIRA Tricentis, particularly QC/ALM, is highly valued.
  • Automation expertise with UFT One/QTP, including VB scripting, is desirable.
  • A degree in Computer Science and/or ISTQB certification is preferred but not required.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive annual salary range of AUD 80,000 - 110,000, negotiable based on skills and qualifications. This represents an attractive opportunity for a skilled Test Professional to grow and succeed in our organization.
