Senior Testing Leader

As a senior leader, this Test Manager role oversees the testing and quality assurance of critical warehouse applications that support logistics operations across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a high-performing team across onshore and offshore environments to ensure seamless testing processes.
- Develop and implement testing strategies, plans, and governance frameworks to drive quality excellence across all warehouse systems.
- Design and scale automated testing solutions to reduce costs and improve coverage, enhancing overall efficiency.
- Align project and team resourcing with delivery priorities to meet business objectives.
- Establish standard operating procedures and leverage testing tools to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting and vendor relationships.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for testing leads and specialists to foster growth and expertise.
- 5–10 years' experience in enterprise system testing and leadership roles.
- 3+ years' experience in supply chain or 3PL environments with a focus on testing and quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of SAP environments and system lifecycle best practices, with experience driving automation strategies and implementing testing tools.
- A track record of building high-performing teams and managing budgets effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, with ITIL certification and prior experience in complex delivery organizations advantageous.
