Your Role

As the Head of Investor Relations, you'll play a vital role in helping to build and maintain HiPages Group's reputation in the financial markets, ensuring transparency, and articulating our strategy, financial performance, and growth prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investor Communication: Develop and manage effective communication strategies to inform the investment community about HiPages Group's performance, growth, and strategic goals.
  • Investor Meetings & Events: Organise and lead investor roadshows, earnings calls, and investor conferences.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Provide insights and analysis on HiPages Group's financial performance to investors, working closely with the finance team.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory changes that may affect the company's investor relations strategy.
  • Compliance: Ensure all investor relations communications comply with ASX listing rules and regulations.
