Operations Excellence Leader

We are seeking a seasoned operations professional to lead and develop high-performing teams at our Fulfillment Center (FC) in Moorebank.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction by driving team performance, quality, safety, attendance, and productivity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive and sustain a high-performing team culture
  • Maintain and promote Health and Safety standards within your area of influence
  • Develop and implement performance objectives to meet customer promise expectations
  • Collaborate with support teams to design and execute plans to achieve business goals
  • Partner with the management team to establish and maintain quality control standards

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field
  • Significant experience in operations leadership, including managing large teams

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
