Property Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Accountant to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
- Collaborate with property managers and leasing managers to ensure accurate financial information
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property accounting or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MRI software
