Property Accountant, Occupier Services Specialist

Colliers is seeking a skilled Property Accountant to join our Occupier Services team. As a key member of our team, you will provide accounting support to a premium client, ensuring timely delivery of reports and managing trust bank accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare month-end financials and reporting for properties
- Property trust accounting functions, including accruals, prepayments, and analysing variances
- Reconcile trust bank accounts
- Manage accounts receivable functions to ensure accuracy and assist with queries
- Assist with outgoings reconciliations and annual budgets
- Ensure lease management database is accurate and up-to-date
- Prepare critical date and other lease management reports from leasing database
- Handle queries from the client and landlords/suppliers
Requirements:
- University degree qualified
- Knowledge of MRI and ProLease software preferable
- Experience working in a corporate real estate environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
