Senior Property Manager Role Overview

Gough Recruitment AU is seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Manager to join our team. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of properties, providing exceptional support to your team and clients, and engaging in strategic property management to maximize client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee ingoing, routine, and outgoing inspections.
  • Provide exceptional support to your team and clients.
  • Engage in strategic property management to maximize client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A current Certificate of Registration (COR) and a valid driver's license.
  • Experience with Property Tree is a plus.
  • A passion for property management and a commitment to excellence.
