Property Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Accountant to join our Occupier Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing accounting support to our premium clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and deliver month-end financial reports to clients in a timely manner.
- Manage property trust accounting functions, including accruals, prepayments, and variance analysis.
- Reconcile trust bank accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
- Assist with accounts receivable functions and respond to client queries.
- Support outgoings reconciliations and annual budget preparation.
- Maintain accurate lease management data and generate critical reports.
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in MRI and ProLease software.
- Experience in corporate real estate accounting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
