As a Quality Partner, you will be responsible for embedding and overseeing our Quality and Clinical Governance Framework. This position requires high-quality, evidence-based practices and evaluation processes to drive continuous improvement activities, compliance, and innovative outcomes.
You will demonstrate understanding and commitment to creating sustained culture and behaviour change as the key to improving the care experience for clients. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and proven achiever who demonstrates flexibility, credibility, resilience, and authenticity.
This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to understand our organisation's strategic priorities and best practice to drive quality care outcomes across our organisation.
You will demonstrate energy and personal style to impact and influence others' thinking, constructively challenge decisions, and have challenging conversations to create awareness and traction around quality care outcomes for our clients.
- Implement and embed quality management and governance frameworks
- Develop and maintain relationships with leaders to ensure effective collaboration
- Drive continuous improvement activities, compliance, and innovative outcomes
