About The Role
As a member of our growing ESG team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients to integrate sustainable practices into their operations. This can involve working side-by-side with our counterparts to develop and implement sustainability strategies or it can be delivering project specific action.

For this role, there will also be a specific focus on climate, helping our clients develop strategies to build resilience and meet new mandatory reporting requirements.

Overall, your work will enable our clients to enhance their environmental, social, and governance performance to ensure their operations are positively impacting people and planet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support or lead Climate Change Impact Assessments, and the development of Climate Transition Plans.
  • Develop and implement sustainability programs and initiatives that align with client objectives and deliver value creation.
  • Advise clients on specific sustainability areas, technologies and practices, for example in energy efficiency, waste reduction, and biodiversity.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate sustainability performance to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainability strategies are integrated across all project phases.

About You
You will have at least 3-5 years of experience in sustainability and specifically climate change adaptation.

In Addition, You Will Have

  • Proven experience conducting Climate Change Impact Assessments covering both physical and transitional risk and opportunity, and associated financial impact.
  • Proven experience conducting ESG assessments and developing effective sustainability strategies aligned with market and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong report-writing skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality outputs for stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with key sustainability and ESG reporting standards, including SASB, and GRI and ideally with sector-based processes such as GRESB, ISC, Copper Mark, SM, and ICMM.
  • A commitment to staying current with ESG legislation, standards, and emerging trends.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills, both internally and externally

Degrees in a relevant subject area such as environmental science, sustainability, engineering are preferred but not essential. Experience or technical qualifications in climate and emissions reporting is highly desirable but not essential.
