Quality Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Specialist to join our organization. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be accountable for the effectiveness and efficiency of our Quality Management System across both Australia and Thailand.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for developing and driving the organisation's audit and compliance framework, technical document development, report writing, presenting quality compliance status information, providing metrics and overviews to internal/external stakeholders, data analysis, leading investigations of potential product/process failures.

  • Develop a robust audit and compliance framework that ensures the highest standards of quality in all aspects of the business.
  • Produce high-quality technical documents that clearly communicate complex information to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Write reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Present key findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on quality performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Lead investigations into potential product or process failures, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance, Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Relevant certifications such as Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer or Six Sigma would be advantageous.
  • Experience with quality inspection, testing and metrology.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
