Senior Quality Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our quality assurance efforts.

Job Description:

As a Senior Quality Assurance Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies across multiple projects. Your expertise in test management, leadership, and communication will enable you to drive exceptional results and foster a culture of excellence within our organization.

  • Lead and plan activities to deliver exceptional quality within complex environments and agreed timeframes.
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders to educate them on innovation and return on investment.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement new test practices to drive value.
  • Ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the team.
  • Collect and assess metrics against projects, and regularly report test progress to both clients and senior leaders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and seek support from more senior employees when needed.
  • Demonstrate a strong awareness of how your work impacts clients and continuously adds value to their lifecycles and end-user satisfaction.
  • Lead delivery initiatives both onshore and offshore.
  • Grow our Agile capability through industry presentations, group meetups, and publications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Test Management or Test Consulting, covering all areas of SDLC/STLC across multiple industries.
  • Experience delivering agile transformation initiatives across enterprise organizations, with a focus on Scrum adoption and consistency of best practice.
  • Ability to perform Test Process Optimization reviews, present findings to clients, and recommend improvements.
  • Test mentoring and leadership skills, with the ability to set clear vision and directives for teams.
  • Resource and work allocation, pipeline planning, tracking, and activity management.
  • The ability to produce high-quality presentations.
