The Role

We are seeking a sales-focused individual to join our experience centre in Doncaster. As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing product solutions, and building strong relationships with our clients. You will work closely with our culinary team to coordinate cooking classes and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with customers to provide product information, demonstrations, and quotations
  • Ensure showroom and equipment are clean and meet display standards
  • Support the culinary team with cooking classes and product training
  • Continuously learn and improve product knowledge to offer best solutions to customers
  • Assist with telephone inquiries, administration duties, and trading nights
  • Participate in customer engagement frameworks and achieve team-based targets
Requirements
  • Experience delivering world-class customer service with a consultative approach
  • Ability to work in a team environment and resolve customer inquiries
  • Adaptability and ability to think quickly to provide solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and intermediate knowledge of systems
  • Desire to continually learn and improve product knowledge

Successful candidates must be able to work 15-20 hours per week across Friday, Saturday, and Sundays, rostered between 10AM to 9PM.
