Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with customers to provide product information, demonstrations, quotations, and follow-ups
- Ensure showroom and equipment are clean and in line with display standards
- Support the in-house Culinary Team with the coordination of cooking classes
- Continually learn and improve on product knowledge to offer best solutions to customers
- Assist with telephone inquiries and general administration duties
- Assist with trading nights, product training sessions, and showroom events
- Active participation in the customer engagement framework
- Achieve and exceed team-based targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Experience delivering world-class customer service standards with a consultative approach
- Ability to work and succeed in a team environment
- Ability to resolve customer inquiries and potential conflicts in a professional manner
- Can thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure situation
- Adaptable and able to think quickly on your feet to provide solutions to customers
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of systems, including MS Excel and CRM software
- Desire to continually learn and improve on product knowledge to advise our customers

Working Hours:
Successful candidates must be able to work 15-20 hours per week across Friday, Saturday, and Sundays, rostered between 10AM to 9PM.
