Job DescriptionAs an Intensive Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients across Northern NSW. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and support the needs of our patients and their families.
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA and relevant experience in Adult or Paediatric Intensive Care.
