Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mortgage Support Specialist to join our team.

This role involves providing expert support to our Residential sales team, ensuring seamless processing of credit submissions, and maintaining high standards of service quality.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mortgage lending, with a strong understanding of residential credit and the entire lending process.

The successful applicant will work closely with our Account Managers to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient processing of loan applications.

About the Role

  • Assist the Account Manager with management of their portfolio, including scenario assistance and product guidance.
  • Provide technical support to third-party introducers, helping them navigate the loan application process.
  • Maintain the integrity of our credit policies, ensuring compliance with NCCP regulations.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in mortgage lending, with exposure to the entire residential lending process.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide informed advice.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work under pressure, with strong time management practices.
