Senior Claims Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Claims Partner to join our Recovery & Health team, who will be part of a high performing group that delivers smarter recovery solutions.
This is a chance to make a real impact supporting team members through complex claims management and guiding them back to health and work with empathy and precision.
The ideal candidate will be a compassionate problem solver with a sharp eye for detail and genuine drive to support others through complex challenges.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of high-volume complex claims with full decision-making responsibility
- Conducting regular meetings with injured team members to personalise support and monitor recovery progress
- Delivering exceptional customer service by tailoring interactions to individual needs and acting as a key escalation point
- Leading and participating in case conferencing and return-to-work planning
- Collaborating with stakeholders to drive effective recovery outcomes
Requirements include:
- Proven experience managing complex workers' compensation claims within a large organisational structure
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence a range of stakeholders
- Experience applying industry best practice models and leading innovative projects that improve injury management outcomes
