Employee Experience Specialist

We design and deliver exceptional employee experiences that drive business success. Our team works collaboratively with stakeholders to create a purpose-driven, agile, and digital environment.

We're part of a global organisation operating in 31 markets with a proven track record of profitability. You'll work closely with Senior Business Partners to develop and implement people initiatives that align with our strategic objectives.

You will leverage your expertise in people, culture, engagement, diversity and inclusion, reward, employee relations, and data analysis to drive organisational performance.

What We Need from You

  • A strong background in People and Culture with experience in fast-paced organisations
  • Proven data analysis skills with the ability to prepare insights for informed decision making
  • A technology-driven mindset and ability to learn new tools to deliver innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
