Key Capabilities

The preferred location for this role is Melbourne, but can be based anywhere in Australia.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead workshops for requirement gathering and solution alignment.
  2. Engage in requirements gathering and development of use cases. Support architecture, process, and governance development.
  3. Translate architecture specifications to low-level component design and identify customizations for implementation.
  4. Communicate with clients and partners on aspects of both the product and implementation at the technical and/or functional level.
  5. Perform out-of-the-box configuration and implement necessary customization as needed.
  6. Ensure requirements are gathered, processes defined, and use cases are documented.
  7. Participate in deployment activities, configurations, custom rule development, development, and third-party system integration.
  8. Resolve any issues highlighted during System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
  9. Resolve day-to-day technical & functional issues.
  10. Help in RFP/sales cycle as required.
  11. Develop technical documents detailing products, environment, and process of identity systems and functions.

Required Skills and Experience

We require candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Certification or experience in another SuccessFactors module.
  • 5+ years of SuccessFactors Employee Central Implementation Experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in HR/HCM projects.
  • SuccessFactors EC Time off/Timesheet experience and knowledge would be a plus.
  • Experience and knowledge of Employee Central (EC) including implementation strategies, data, and reporting.
  • Integration Centre, SuccessFactors APIs, Integration with EC Payroll, 3rd Party system & replication.
  • Good knowledge of system configuration in accordance with Solution Design Configuration workbook, giving Proof of Concepts.
  • Understand functional requirements from the client and prepare documentation and training materials as needed.
  • Experience in preparation and execution of Test Scenarios, Test scripts, and Cutover activities.
  • Educate clients on alternatives for system configuration and design.
  • Good communication skills and ability to manage client expectations.
