As a Fleet Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet. This fast-paced environment requires the ability to make decisions and continuously grow professionally. You will lead a committed team to greatness and drive the future of logistics using the latest technology.

The key responsibilities of this role include day-to-day fleet management, daily scheduling and coordinating routes/deliveries, managing internal and external stakeholder relationships, leading and monitoring fleet performance focusing on systems, procedures and processes for continuous improvement, and management of COR with emphasis on Load Restraint & Fatigue Management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Recent freight fleet allocations experience
  • Strong experience in transport logistics and road fleet management
  • Extensive knowledge of the Melbourne metropolitan area
  • Strong COR exposure
  • Ability to work under stringent time frames and fast-paced work environment
  • Strong MS Office; specifically MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
