We are seeking a skilled Senior Web Developer to drive the success of our digital platforms.

This role is ideal for an experienced developer who can manage our website fleet, ensuring exceptional performance, user experience, and SEO results across all devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • B builds, maintains, and optimizes large-scale websites with extensive experience in PHP, WordPress, Elementor, and related technologies.
  • Manges hosting infrastructure across Google Cloud and platforms like Cloudways (or equivalent), ensuring uptime, scalability, and security.
  • Utilizes GitHub/Git workflows for version control, collaboration, and deployment pipelines.
  • Supports content and SEO teams with technical implementations that improve rankings, conversions, and visibility.
  • Applies SEO best practices into site architecture (technical, on-page, speed optimization, structured data).
  • Collaborates with web developers, designers, SEO specialists, and content teams to deliver seamless, user-friendly digital experiences.
  • Manages integrations with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, CRM/LMS systems, and other digital tools.
  • Ensures all web properties are secure, compliant, and optimized for both search visibility and user experience.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong web development background with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery knowledge.
  • Experience with managing custom child themes and plugins using PHP to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Experience with WordPress management at scale.
  • Proven experience with hosting environments and Google Cloud and platforms like Cloudways (or equivalent).
  • Exposure to security hardening, CDN, and performance monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with server management (AWS, Cloudways, cPanel, etc.) and CDN implementations (Cloudflare).
  • Proficiency with GitHub/Git version control and collaborative workflows.
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (technical SEO, structured data, performance optimization).
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and ability to collaborate with design and marketing teams.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance technical precision with business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience.
Nice To Have Skills:
  • Knowledge of digital analytics, tracking & reporting tools.
  • Experience with custom API integrations.
  • Proficiency in WooCommerce setup, including custom store functionality, payment gateways, and integrations.
  • Experience with payment systems.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems or working within an RTO environment.
  • Hands-on SEO and content experience (keyword research, on-page optimization, content publishing).
  • Strong interest in both technology, AI, and overall marketing strategy.
