This is a Graduate Electrical Engineer role that offers hands-on project experience, structured learning, and national site rotations in sustainable infrastructure projects.

Your Role Responsibilities
  • Support compliance reviews across sites to ensure safety standards are met.
  • Design and deliver electrical system upgrades for end-of-life systems to improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to electrical protection assessments and arc flash studies to identify potential risks.
  • Deliver capital projects such as PCS server upgrades and I/O enhancements to modernise legacy systems.
  • Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure projects meet technical, safety, and operational requirements.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • Completed or near completion of a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree.
  • A strong interest in complex infrastructure projects and problem-solving skills.
  • An attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards safety.
  • The ability to collaborate across disciplines and work on high-impact initiatives.
  • Eagerness to develop expertise in compliance, systems modernisation, and protection systems.

The two-year Graduate Program includes structured on-the-job experience, formal training, one-on-one mentoring, and exposure to real projects and operations across multiple sites.
