Key Support Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrator to manage our daily operations, finances and general office tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, handle phone enquiries and manage correspondence.
- Develop and update documents and spreadsheets using software tools.
- Manage payroll duties, including invoicing and preparing financial statements.
- Maintain accurate records, perform filing and scanning tasks, and order office supplies.
Requirements:
- Current Driver's Licence
- Comprehensive experience in business administration and finance management
- 5+ years' experience in accounting and payroll functions
- Able to obtain a police check
