**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating inspection, maintenance, and remedial work across High Voltage systems.


**Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling: Coordinate the scheduling of routine inspections and maintenance.
  • Pricing and Delivery: Coordinate the pricing and delivery of routine inspections and maintenance.
  • Remedial Works: Coordinate small-scale remedial works and support larger engineering projects.
  • Resource Management: Prepare job packs and ensure the availability of tools, materials, and resources.
  • Liaison: Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Progress Tracking: Track progress and generate reports for senior management.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as handling calls, booking accommodation, and customer communication.


**Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years' experience in scheduling or coordination roles.
  • Education: 5 GCSEs (A-C), including Maths and English.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong administrative background, ideally in maintenance or project environments. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with field service software is a plus. Experience with IBM Maximo for asset and maintenance management is desirable. Skilled in document handling and technical communication.
