Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Program Support Officer to provide technical, financial, administrative, and project support across a range of infrastructure services. The successful candidate will have experience in project management and a solid understanding of technical and legislative requirements associated with infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Technical Assistance: Respond to technical enquiries from internal and external stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information to ensure the smooth operation of our infrastructure services.
  • Funding and Contracts: Prepare funding applications, coordinate tenders, quotes, and contracts to ensure we secure the necessary resources to deliver our projects.
  • Financial Management: Monitor financial performance and expenditure, ensuring we stay within budget and make informed decisions about resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Project Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Tech Knowledge: Solid understanding of technical and legislative requirements associated with infrastructure, including safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and computer skills, including proficiency in software applications relevant to the role.
Mandatory Requirements
  • C Class Drivers Licence: Current C Class drivers licence is mandatory for this role.
  • Construction White Card: General Safety Induction for Construction Worker (White Card) is also required.
Desirable Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as Project Management or Business Administration, would be highly desirable.
