Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our dental practice as a Front Office Coordinator. This is a part-time position working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

  • This role involves providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with patients, and ensuring the smooth operation of the practice.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role or be eager to learn and develop their skills.
  • A high level of communication and interpersonal skills is essential for success in this position.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the success of the practice.

  • You will be responsible for managing appointments, answering phone calls, updating patient records, and providing administrative support to the Practice Manager and clinical team.
  • You will also play a key role in making patients aware of dental services and offers, handling payments, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role or equivalent
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work part-time hours (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
