We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our practice in delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.
Our dynamic team environment requires a versatile and organized individual with excellent communication skills, able to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike.
The OpportunityThis is a rewarding opportunity for a Front Office Coordinator to join our team on a permanent part-time basis:
- Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression and ensuring a positive experience.
- Lead a small team of two receptionists, reporting to the Practice Manager and supporting the smooth running of the practice.
- Book and amend appointments, answer the phone, update patient records and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Making patients aware of dental services and offers, handling payments and supporting the clinical team.
You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to build and maintain relationships with clients in a friendly and warm manner.
Previous Dental Reception experience is highly regarded but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Suitable for a senior receptionist looking to take the next step in their career, this role requires a motivated self-starter with exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service and patient care.
Organised with attention to detail, you will be able to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
