Fluid Power Technical Support Specialist

About the RoleThis position involves handling incoming phone-based inquiries, specifying products using the latest sizing software, creating formal quotations, processing orders, offering technical support to External Motion & Control Engineers, working as part of a professional team to deliver high-quality customer service, focusing on fluid power for advice and support, participating in a structured Professional Graduation program with departmental rotations, and completing 10 internal Technical Training courses.
Key RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate superior verbal and written communication skills, hold a recent qualification in Mechatronic or Mechanical engineering, and be thoroughly organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
