Job Title: Technical Support Specialist for Power System Modeling

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced technical support specialist to join our team, providing expert assistance to customers and sales teams in adopting our power system modeling software. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience with power system modeling tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate and consult on the use of our software to ensure optimal results for customers
  • Provide hands-on technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve software features and functionality
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance customer knowledge of our software
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of our software and related technologies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in power system modeling, preferably with industry-standard software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Intermediate IT skills, proficient in relevant PM tools and software
