About the Opportunity

Berendsen Fluid Power is seeking a dynamic Service Coordinator to join our successful and friendly team in Melbourne.

Your role will be to coordinate day-to-day operational and commercial activities for the Service Team to meet customer requirements while achieving agreed safety, quality and commercial objectives.

Your tasks will include:

  • Plan and organise activities in the workshop to ensure work is completed on time.
  • Be a professional and friendly point of contact as you liaise with customers and suppliers.
  • Enter, monitor and maintain job data in the ERP system, and generate job related documentation.
  • Coordinate deliveries with suppliers, customers and transport companies.
  • Prepare timesheets for the Service Team.
  • Provide a safe and healthy working environment by compliance with the company's WHS Management System.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily operations and commercial activities.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers.
  • Maintain job data and generate documentation.
  • Coordinate deliveries and prepare timesheets.
  • Ensure a safe working environment.
About You
  • Strong administration, time management and prioritising skills.
  • Computer literacy - Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP systems would be advantageous.
  • Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Attention to detail.
