About the Role:

  • Welcome patients with a warm smile and outstanding customer service
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • Manage and schedule patient appointments and data entry
  • Provide administrative support to the clinical team as required
  • Maintain cleanliness of clinic and treatment rooms
  • Provide GP assistance where required within scope of receptionist role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and caring nature
  • Ability to work from 7 AM - 2 PM
  • Willingness to learn and display initiative
  • Time management, ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Neat and professional presentation
  • Basic Computer Skills (Training will be provided)
