Holistic Nursing Solutions is a community nursing service that supports clients in their homes across Australia. We are looking for a medical administration generalist to support our unique service at our Burleigh office with the expectation to support to our whole company.

**Skills required include**
- **Excellent interpersonal skills with special interest in building strong relationships and delivering great customer service. Including the ability to cultivate a fun, happy, empathic atmosphere.**
- **Being able to work within a team whilst also being able to autonomously manage your own workload, through amazing time management, problem resolution and using initiative.**
- **Identifying and following best practises based on our internal policies and procedures.**
- **Accurate and efficient data entry and database management.**
- **Adaptability to successfully work alongside a mobile workforce with cloud-based systems.**
- **High level of communication ability, written and verbal.**

**Skills that will set you apart**
- **Understanding /experience with funding/insurance schemes: i.e. NDIS, Medicare, DVA, ICARE etc.**
- **Intermediate/advance knowledge of, Google Suite for Business and Microsoft suite.**
- **Preferred experience with one/any of: WorkflowMax, Employment Hero, Workzone.**
- **Previous experience in the medical industry or community service setting.**
- **Tertiary qualification in Medical Administration or Business.**

**Key responsibilities**
- **Ad hoc data entry and administrative duties and supporting with the day-to-day operations**
- **Provide support to our Senior Administration Coordinator.**
- **Take ownership of our referrals, quotes and client job management**
- **Maintaining a presence at our Burleigh clinic and ensuing our facilities are welcoming and prepared for our visitors.**
- **Support our workforce journey practices.**
- **Support at committees, meetings and for the leaders of our company.**
- **Maintaining compliances and following best practices based on our internal policies and procedures.**
