We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our Executive Leadership Team as a Senior Administrative Assistant.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to senior directors, managing competing priorities and ensuring deadlines are met in an efficient and effective manner.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior directors, including Directors of Nursing, Corporate Services, Finance, Clinical Governance, Allied Health, and Medical Services.
- Manage competing priorities and ensure deadlines are met by utilizing strong organizational and time management skills.
- Liaise with diverse stakeholders, including senior executives and frontline staff, maintaining professionalism and clear communication throughout.
- Manage sensitive or confidential information with discretion and maintain trust with senior management.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within our hospital's Executive Leadership Team, providing administrative support to senior directors and contributing to the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.
RequirementsTo be considered for this position, applicants must possess:
- Relevant administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and clear communication.
- Proven discretion and confidentiality when managing sensitive or confidential information.
