Cinema Team Member Key Responsibilities:

  1. Complete all duties according to established procedures.
  2. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene through diligent cleaning practices throughout the movie theatre.
  3. Ensure accurate product presentation.
  4. Familiarize yourself with policies and procedures, including WHS practices.
  5. Prepare food and beverages for sale, adhering to quality and presentation standards.
  6. Restock supplies as needed, in line with merchandising plans.
  7. Conduct ticket checks, including online check-in processes, while providing assistance to customers and maintaining their comfort.
  8. Demonstrate and maintain a good understanding of products and services offered to enhance customer experience.
  9. Familiarity with appropriate communication skills, including two-way radios.
  10. Perform minor maintenance and repairs as required.
  11. Manage lost property effectively.
  12. Attend and complete mandatory training sessions (as applicable) as designated by our team.
  13. Show awareness of and adherence to fire and emergency procedures.
  14. May undertake cash handling training under supervision by a senior team member.
  15. RSOSH certification as required.
  16. KPI - Operational Responsibility for CinemaNet Promoter Score (NPS) results.
  17. Maintain up-to-date cinema checklists.
