Cinema Team Member Key Responsibilities:
- Complete all duties according to established procedures.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene through diligent cleaning practices throughout the movie theatre.
- Ensure accurate product presentation.
- Familiarize yourself with policies and procedures, including WHS practices.
- Prepare food and beverages for sale, adhering to quality and presentation standards.
- Restock supplies as needed, in line with merchandising plans.
- Conduct ticket checks, including online check-in processes, while providing assistance to customers and maintaining their comfort.
- Demonstrate and maintain a good understanding of products and services offered to enhance customer experience.
- Familiarity with appropriate communication skills, including two-way radios.
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs as required.
- Manage lost property effectively.
- Attend and complete mandatory training sessions (as applicable) as designated by our team.
- Show awareness of and adherence to fire and emergency procedures.
- May undertake cash handling training under supervision by a senior team member.
- RSOSH certification as required.
- KPI - Operational Responsibility for CinemaNet Promoter Score (NPS) results.
- Maintain up-to-date cinema checklists.
- General interest in the role is essential.

- Skills and Experience: Competent in basic Maths and English.
