Project Coordinator

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our ranks as an Estimator. In this dynamic role, you will bridge the gap between sales and operations, delivering tailored solutions for residential, renovation, and commercial projects.
Main Responsibilities- Prepare Accurate Quotes: You will be responsible for interpreting project plans and site requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates that meet our clients' needs.
- Presentation and Proposal: Present quotations and proposals to clients across residential and commercial sectors, showcasing your exceptional communication skills.
- Compliance and Coordination: Ensure compliance with relevant standards and building codes, while coordinating work orders and liaising with the delivery and installation teams.
To succeed in this challenging position, you will need:
- Experience in estimating, quoting, or sales within construction or related industries;
- The ability to read architectural drawings and specifications;
- Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with estimating software is a plus;
- A trade background or relevant industry experience preferred;
- A current driver's licence.
