Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate project quotes by interpreting plans and site requirements
  • Presentation of quotations and proposals to clients across sectors
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and building codes
  • Bulid and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Coordinate work orders and liaise with delivery and installation teams
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project

About You:

  • Experience in estimating, quoting, or sales within construction or related industries
  • Able to read architectural drawings and specifications
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with estimating software is beneficial
  • Trade background or relevant industry experience preferred
  • Holds a current driver's license
