Project Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee and manage projects, ensuring delivery of construction projects adhering to quality, safety, and project requirements.

  • SUPPORTING PROJECT MANAGERS with project technical on-site and off-site requirements
  • REVIEWING CLIENT PROJECT ENGINEERING DRAWINGS and developing project technical deliverables
  • DEVELOPING PROJECT INSTALLATION DOCUMENTS and methodologies
  • WORKING WITH THE CLIENT PROJECT ENGINEERING TEAM and suppliers to ensure specification compliance
  • DELIVERING AND MANAGING SHOP DRAWING DEVELOPMENT and model constructability reviews
  • REVIEWING AND MAINTAINING PROJECT RISK REGISTERS and providing feedback to the production team
About You
  • EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE IN A SIMILAR INDUSTRY
  • SITE-BASED EXPERIENCE IN AN INDUSTRIAL ENVIRONMENT
  • UNDERSTANDING OF TRADES AND DISCIPLINES INVOLVED IN SITE OPERATIONS
  • EXCELLENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS
