Job Title: Marketing Associate

The Key Player in our marketing strategy, you'll play a vital role in planning, executing and optimizing marketing efforts that support leasing performance and brand awareness across the affordable housing portfolio.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for new lease-ups, stabilized assets, and underperforming communities.
  • Align marketing efforts with occupancy goals, leasing velocity targets, and regulatory timelines.
  • Monitor performance and provide monthly reporting on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Manage online presence across platforms including Apartments.com, Zillow, Rent Cafe, and other Internet Listing Services (ILS).
  • Administer and optimize AI leasing and communication tools such as Elise AI to support lead nurturing, appointment scheduling, and resident engagement.

Closely collaborating with property operations, compliance, and technology teams, you'll ensure alignment with business goals and affordable housing regulations.

Strong digital advertising, lead generation, SEO/SEM, and social media strategy skills are essential. Experience with analytics platforms and CRM tools is also required to assess performance and guide strategy.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in multifamily or affordable housing.
  • Proficiency with leasing and marketing platforms (e.g., Elise AI, Zillow, Apartments.com, Yardi Rent Cafe).

This role requires excellent communication, project management, and people skills, making it an ideal opportunity for a strategic thinker and problem solver who is technologically proficient and data-driven.
