Are you a dynamic and results-driven leasing professional with a passion for sales and customer service? URS Properties is looking for a Traveling Community Manager to support our apartment communities across multiple locations (NC, SC, TN, GA, ME). This exciting role offers the opportunity to enhance leasing efforts, train new team members, and assist the communities in reaching financial objectives while earning competitive commissions and gaining valuable industry experience.

What You Will Be Responsible For (including but not limited to):

Travel to assigned properties to provide hands-on leadership to the on-site team

Accountability for day-to-day operations at assigned properties

Maximize occupancy, income, and resident retention through proactive planning

Control operational expenses while maintaining a high-quality living environment

Partner closely with leadership to meet property objectives

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements

What We Are Looking For:

Proven track record managing a multifamily property—2+ years preferred

Ability to travel 100% of the time to various communities within our portfolio (NC, SC, TN, GA, ME; subject to change).

Reliable transportation & a valid driver's license required.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and manage a team

Expertise in expense management, vendor management, and rent collection

Familiarity with Yardi or comparable property management software

Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

Organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented with a sense of urgency

Committed to delivering results while maintaining a positive team culture
