Job Title

As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for maintaining high quality technical expertise and support while adhering to departmental standards and ITSM processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain defined enterprise service levels by providing technical expertise and administration.
  • Provide support and assistance in the clarification and prioritisation of tasks.
  • Assist management in decision making by preparing technical reports and specifications.

You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience:

  • Proven ability to participate in a highly skilled technical team providing high-level technical direction and support.
  • High level understanding and working knowledge of relevant technical domains.
  • Proven experience in providing expertise and support on use of methods and tools within the technology sphere.
Working Conditions:
  • Participation in on-call arrangements may be required.
  • Appropriate remuneration under the relevant award will apply.
  • This position may require working at different sites.
