The Role We Seek
  • To deliver high-quality rail-based technical training and assessment for local programs, including Trackside Safety, SARC, WET, RCPO, Protection Officer, and Communications.
  • Support the growth of our rail industry by developing workforce capabilities.

Essential Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116, or TAE40110 with TAELLN401/411 and TAEASS502).
  • Qualifications in rail-related fields are advantageous.

  • Current or recent experience in the rail industry.
  • Able to engage diverse learners and adapt training for operational contexts.
