Beverage Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Beverage Specialist.

As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing expert advice on our range of local and imported beverages.

You will work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve store operations, maintaining accurate stock levels and managing inventory. Additionally, you will provide expert service to customers, engage with them to understand their needs and preferences, and offer tailored recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on our range of local and imported beverages to customers.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and improve store operations.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels, manage inventory, and perform moderate to heavy lifting (up to 17kg).
  • Hold a current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification.
