The position of Business Change Manager plays a key role in QinetiQ's Oracle Cloud ERP project, ensuring seamless integration across the organization. Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of business change, including developing and executing strategic plans, communicating with stakeholders, and facilitating smooth adoption of the new system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive change strategies to support the successful rollout of the Oracle Cloud ERP platform;
  • Designing and delivering training programs to ensure users are equipped with the necessary skills to effectively utilize the new system;
  • Fostering collaboration with project teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation;
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that may impact the project;
  • Applying industry-standard change management methodologies to drive positive organizational outcomes;
  • Collaborating with QinetiQ UK's Program Change Leads to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization;
  • Driving user readiness and engagement through tailored change activities and communications;

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in senior business change roles, with a track record of delivering large-scale projects like ERP implementations;
  • A degree in a related field or equivalent certification in change management methodologies such as PROSCI or CCMP;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams, driving business outcomes and improving operational efficiency;
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategic communications and training plans;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify business gaps and develop targeted solutions;
